About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and professional Class 1 HGV Driver to join our growing transport team. You will be responsible for safe, efficient delivery and collection of goods, operating to the highest standards of driving and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles in line with UK regulations

• Complete scheduled deliveries and collections

• Carry out all required paperwork, delivery notes, and electronic logs

• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects promptly

• Maintain excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

• Follow all company procedures, health & safety guidelines, and driving legislation

• Assist with loading/unloading when required

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence

• Newly qualified welcome

• Good understanding of UK road networks

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage time independently and work to schedules

• Commitment to safe driving and high standards
