Counterbalance FLT / Warehouse Operative
📍 Aylesford
📦 Outdoor Work – Monday to Friday (Some Weekend Work May Be Required)

We are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a busy and hardworking team based in Aylesford. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and is comfortable in a hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Picking, packing and moving stock around the yard and warehouse

• General warehouse and yard duties, including manual handling

• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence

• Previous experience in a warehouse or yard-based role

• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Physically fit and happy with manual handling

• Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work occasional weekends if needed

🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work may be required)
📍 Location: Aylesford (on-site, outdoor working environment)
💰 Pay Rate: Competitive – DOE (discussed at application)
