Job Role: Technical Sales Manager (Brewing Equipment)
Location: Towcester, Northamptonshire
Salary: £40,000-£60,000 base salary + Commission (OTE £80,000-£120,000 PA)
Hours: Monday-Friday 09.00-17.00 (Flexibility Due to Working National)

The Duties:
- Visit an array of breweries, carrying out installations, service, and maintenance of on-site equipment across the UK & Europe
- Liaise with clients, communicating in a professional manner & offering a high level of service
- Provide technical sales support and advice to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to ensure they are fully informed about the equipment and its capabilities
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered on time
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services
The Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Brewing, FMCG, or Food Processing Industry
- Understanding of manufacturing and brewing processes
- Strong technical knowledge of brewing equipment and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Full UK Driver's License
