🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of 200 existing customer accounts
• Handling repeat orders and ensuring smooth processing through our system
• Building strong customer relationships over the phone
• Conducting monthly calls to customers to secure orders
• Re-engaging lapsed clients and winning back their business
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a sales or account management role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and target-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
• Product knowledge is not essential – full training will be provided!
