Job Title: Production Operative
Location: St Neots
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 06:00–15:00, with an early finish on Fridays
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of our well-established manufacturing client based in St Neots.

This is a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for candidates seeking stable work within a growing company. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating both manual and automated machinery in the production of various products

• Performing visual safety checks before using manual and mechanical equipment

• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across all factory areas

• End-of-line packing and labelling

• Rotating through various stages of the production process following training

There are also opportunities to develop into roles within Print Press Operations. While experience in this area is advantageous, it is not essential, as full training is provided.
