Role: CNC Turner Setter (4 day week) – NIGHTS Location: Alfreton, Derbyshire Salary: £15.50-£17 Per Hour + Shift allowance (£400 - £500 per month) + Overtime available (OTE: £45,000–£52,000) Hours: Mon – Wed 8pm -6am Thursday : 10pm - 5.30am (37.5 hour week) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent ________________________________________ The Package: • Overtime available: • Midweek @ 1.3x • Friday @ 1.5x • Saturday @ 1.5x • Sunday @ 2x • 22 days annual leave + Public Holidays (pro rata) • Training & development opportunities • Internal progression routes • Company pension scheme • Company sick pay ________________________________________ The Duties: • Operate and set CNC Turning machines • Work with Fanuc and Siemens control systems • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications • Set tools and edit programs • Inspect own work using precision measuring equipment • Perform basic machine maintenance (TPM) • Raise PIRs when required • Maintain 5S standards in the work area • Handle components, jigs, and fixtures safely • Work independently and report to supervision ________________________________________ The Requirements: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in CNC Turning • Apprentice trained (preferred) • Strong understanding of Fanuc/Siemens systems • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications • Skilled in inspection and quality control • Self-motivated with good initiative ________________________________________ Interaction Recruitment We have specialist consultants across various industries within the UK, including but not limited to Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial, and Hospitality.
