Job Title: Warehouse Administrator (Nights)

Location: Tankersley, Barnsley

Hours of Work: Sunday to Thurs 9:30pm – 06:00am (nights)

Contract: Temporary

Salary: £13.93 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Booking in inbound deliveries on the warehouse management system and allocating to put-away locations
• Raising and processing goods received notes, purchase orders, and delivery discrepancy reports
• Maintaining accurate stock records and supporting cycle count reconciliation
• Liaising with transport and operations teams on collection scheduling and dispatch paperwork
• Handling customer and supplier queries relating to orders, shortages, and returns
• Producing shift productivity reports and KPI summaries for the operations manager
• Filing and archiving delivery documentation in compliance with retention policies

 Experience:

• Experience working within a Warehouse Administrator position previously (Minimum 6-Months)
• IT literate with high competence in Excel.
• SAP experience would be an advantage.
• Preferable previous experience working in traffic, warehousing, or logistics environment
