Mechanical Engineering SupervisorLocation: Milton Keynes Salary: £35,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Overtime Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 Type of role: Permanent Interaction Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a growing and innovative engineering business in Milton Keynes in their search for a Mechanical Engineering Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist manufacturer of bespoke industrial X-ray systems during a significant period of growth. Operating from a brand-new state-of-the-art facility, our client designs and builds high-quality inspection solutions used across a wide range of industries. The role would suit an experienced Mechanical Engineering Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Mechanical Engineer looking to progress into a position where they can combine hands-on engineering with leadership responsibilities and have a genuine influence on manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives. The RoleReporting to the Production Manager, you will take responsibility for a small but growing engineering team while remaining actively involved in the build, installation and maintenance of bespoke X-ray cabinet systems. This is a varied role offering a mixture of workshop-based manufacturing, team leadership, project coordination and occasional customer site visits for installation and commissioning work.
