Warehouse Operative

💷 £12.71 per hour
🕒 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
📅 Ongoing Temporary Position

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy team in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience who is looking for consistent, ongoing work with an immediate start available.

Duties will include:

• Operating a cutting machine safely and efficiently
• Setting up and monitoring machine runs
• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Restocking products and maintaining stock levels
• Preparing goods for dispatch
• General warehouse duties as required
• Manual handling and lifting of items up to 20kg
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What we're looking for:

• Previous warehouse or machine operating experience is essential
• Experience using a cutting machine would be highly advantageous
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to follow instructions and meet daily targets
