Factory Packer – Full Training Provided

Location: Thriplow, near Royston
Pay: £13.00–£14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time | Temporary to Permanent

Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for Factory Packers to join a busy production team based in Thriplow, near Royston.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into manufacturing, production or packing, with full training provided and the opportunity to move into a permanent position.

The Role

As a Factory Packer, your duties will include:

• Packing products ready for dispatch
• Assembling and preparing products
• Labelling and checking finished goods
• Carrying out basic quality checks
• Following production and packing instructions
• Working towards daily production targets
• Keeping your workstation clean and organised
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Supporting the wider production team

What We're Looking For

Previous experience is not required – full training will be provided.

• Comfortable working in a busy production environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Committed to maintaining good quality standards

Previous experience in factory, warehouse, packing, manufacturing or production would be an advantage but is not essential.

🚗 Own Transport Essential

Due to the remote location of the site and limited public transport, applicants must have their own reliable transport and be able to commute to Thriplow.
