Warehouse Picker/Packer - Days (Chilled Warehouse)
£13.48 per hour (Weekdays) | £16.18 per hour (Weekends)
Location: Aylesford
Shift Pattern: 7:00am - 7:00pm (12-hour shifts)
Working Pattern: 4 shifts per week (3 weekdays + 1 weekend day)

We're looking for experienced Warehouse Picker/Packers to join a busy chilled distribution centre. If you're reliable, motivated, and thrive in a target-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- At least 12 months' recent warehouse picking and packing experience
- Experience using handheld RF scanners
- Experience working in a chilled environment
- A proven track record of achieving high pick-rate and accuracy targets
Unfortunately, applicants who do not meet these essential requirements cannot be considered.
Previous experience working in a chilled warehouse is highly desirable and will give you a significant advantage.
What You'll Be Doing
- Picking and packing chilled products accurately using handheld scanners
- Working to demanding productivity and accuracy targets
- Labelling and preparing orders for dispatch
- Maintaining excellent quality standards
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe
- Reporting any stock discrepancies or issues promptly
What We're Looking For
✔ Minimum 12 months' warehouse picking experience
✔ Confident using handheld scanning equipment
✔ Experience working to KPI and pick-rate targets
✔ Excellent attention to detail
✔ Good numeracy and literacy skills
✔ Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift
✔ Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in a chilled warehouse
- Food warehouse or food distribution experience
