Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance Driver Required 🚜

💷 £13.68 per hour, increasing to £14.00 per hour after successful completion of a 12-week temp-to-perm probation period

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and friendly warehouse team in Wellingborough. Candidates must hold a valid Counterbalance Licence, with a VNA Man-Up Licence being advantageous.

Shift Options

Option 1 - Sunday to Thursday

• Sunday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (or until workload is complete)
• Monday to Thursday: 10:00am - 6:00pm

Option 2 - Monday to Friday

• 10:00am - 6:00pm

🏖️ 29 days holiday per year (excluding bank holidays)

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and unloading deliveries
• Checking goods for accuracy and damage
• Moving stock to designated storage locations
• Order picking using handheld scanners and pick lists
• Packing, labelling and preparing orders for dispatch
• Inventory checks and stock control
• Reporting damaged or missing stock
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Operating Counterbalance FLT and VNA equipment where required

What We're Looking For

✅ Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (essential)
✅ VNA Man-Up Licence (preferred)
✅ Competent with desktop computers and handheld scanning devices
✅ Good English communication skills
✅ Basic maths skills
✅ Ability to work independently and solve problems
✅ Team player with a positive attitude
✅ Able to work effectively under pressure
