What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every aspect of the recruitment process while building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career goals
• Meeting clients and candidates face-to-face
• Developing new business opportunities through sales activity and networking
• Managing and growing existing client accounts
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and workers
• Matching candidates to suitable vacancies
• Working towards and exceeding recruitment and sales targets
• Building strong relationships within your local market
• Supporting the full recruitment journey from registration through to placement

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who wants to develop a long-term career and maximise their earning potential.

You will ideally have:

• A passion for sales and relationship building
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruitment resourcing, or a target-driven environment
• The confidence to speak with people at all levels
• A proactive and positive attitude
• A strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• The ability to work towards targets and KPIs
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
