Site Manager required in Swinton, Manchester.

Our client is a reputable building contractor who specialise in permanent and temporary building solutions for high-profile organisations in manufacturing, education, and logistics.

Due to increased workload, they are now seeking a reliable and knowledgeable site manager to run a new build of an industrial unit project in the Swinton area. This will be roughly 2-3 months work for the right person.

Scope:

25m x 25m x 8m eave steel frame industrial building, Cladding, Groundworks, Civils, Light electrical package, Light HVAC package, Weigh bridge.

Minimum requirements:

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Experience running commercial/industrial projects.
