Forklift Driver (Counterbalance)

Location: Biggleswade
Pay Rate: £15.45 per hour
Overtime Rate: £18.00 per hour
Start Time: 7:00pm (19:00)

Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in Biggleswade. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a role with competitive pay, a supportive team, and the potential to move into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Counterbalance forklift truck.
• Receive and unload incoming deliveries.
• Store and organise stock accurately within the warehouse.
• Load finished goods ready for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

• A valid Counterbalance forklift licence.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail with a safety-first approach.
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering high standards.
