 £48,300 basic (DOE) + Overtime + On-Call Payments
 Double Days (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 – weekly rotation)

The Package

• Overtime paid at 1.5x available Monday-Sunday
• On-call allowance: £3,250/year (13 weeks per year) (Minimum 2 hours paid at 1.5x)

The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
• Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
• Work closely with production to minimise downtime
• Improve machine reliability and performance
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and safe systems of work

The Requirements

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills on manufacturing machinery
• Multi-skilled capability across electrical and mechanical systems
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced production environment
• Relevant qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds) – desirable
