Labourer – Devonport Dockyard

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers to join ongoing projects at Devonport Dockyard. You will support industrial, engineering, and maintenance operations within a busy dockyard environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting tradespeople and site teams
• Moving materials, tools, and equipment safely
• General labouring and housekeeping duties
• Supporting maintenance and refurbishment works
• Following strict health & safety procedures
• Manual handling and physically demanding tasks

Essential Requirements

• Must already hold valid Dockyard Clearance/security clearance to access the dockyard
• Previous labouring or construction experience preferred
• CSCS card beneficial
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well within a team
• Full PPE required (hard hat, boots, hi-vis)
