Hygiene Operative – Late Shift

Location: Exeter
Hours: Monday–Friday, 15:00–23:30 (42.5 hours per week)
Pay: £13.66 per hour + overtime at time & a half
Start Date: Immediate starts available
Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent

A busy food production facility in Exeter is looking for reliable KP/ Hygiene Operatives to join their late‑shift team. This role is primarily based in the washroom and hygiene areas, with additional work supporting the production line when required.

Role Duties

• Working in the washroom, washing up trays, utensils, and equipment
• Cleaning down production areas at the end of shift
• Using industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
• Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
• General KP and hygiene duties across the site
• Supporting the production line when required
• Handling ingredients and packing products
• Recording cleaning checks and basic paperwork

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and hardworking individuals
• Previous KP, hygiene, or cleaning experience preferred but not essential
• Willingness to follow strict hygiene and food safety procedures
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
• Good attention to detail
