Job Title: HGV Class 2 Tramper Driver
Location: Sherburn in Elmet
Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour + Overtime

Night Out Allowance:

• £50.00 for the first night out
• £25.00 for each additional night in the same week

Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Tramper Driver based in Sherburn in Elmet. This role involves working as part of a two-person team, carrying out nationwide deliveries.

This is an excellent opportunity for drivers who are comfortable with tramping and enjoy working on the road as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete nationwide deliveries as part of a 2-person crew
• Ensure safe loading, transport, and unloading of goods
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork
• Deliver a high standard of customer service at all delivery points
• Comply with all driving laws and company policies

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous tramping experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good geographical knowledge of the UK
• Strong work ethic and reliability
