Telesales Executive – Industrial Products & Services
📍 WF2 (Office-Based)
🕒 Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
💰 £30,000 – £35,000 per annum + £3,000 – £4,000 annual commission

We are currently recruiting for a driven and proactive Telesales Executive to join a growing business specialising in industrial products, services, and maintenance solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a warm client base while also developing new business across the North of England.

The Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for selling PPM (Pre-Planned Maintenance) contracts, as well as a range of industrial products and services. This is a full 360 sales role where you will manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively contacting a database of 400 large, up-to-date clients
  • Re-engaging and converting previous spending customers
  • Generating new business through cold calling and outreach
  • Selling maintenance contracts, services, and related solutions
  • Building relationships with clients across industrial sectors including:
    • Manufacturing
    • Warehousing & logistics
    • Retail & wholesale
  • Preparing and sending proposals, quotations, and drawings
  • Managing activity and pipeline through the CRM system
  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director

About You

We are looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B 360 sales experience
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Confident in cold calling and business development
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Background in engineering, industrial, construction, or service-based industries
