Job Opportunity: Moulding Technician
Location: Gillingham, Kent (ME8)
Salary: £17.00 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm
Working Hours: Rotating Shifts (Mon - Fri)

• 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

• 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

We are looking for a skilled Moulding Technician with Injection Moulding experience to join our growing team. This is a Temp to Perm role, offering a competitive pay rate of £17.00 per hour, with opportunities for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tool changes and ensure machine setups are correct

• Monitor and adjust injection moulding processes

• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure high standards are met

• Change tubs as needed during production runs

• Step in to operate other machines if issues arise, ensuring smooth workflow

• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or process-related issues

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Injection Moulding experience is essential 

• Proven ability to work with precision and attention to detail

• Experience in tool changes and machine maintenance

• Ability to perform quality checks and ensure production meets quality standards

• Must be comfortable working on rotating shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am)

• Flexibility to step in and support in other areas of the production process when needed
