About the Role

Interaction Recruitment is seeking an experienced 360 Excavator Driver for a busy construction site in Northampton. This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work with weekly pay and a supportive site team.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of a 360 excavator
• Digging, grading, and moving materials around site
• Daily machine checks and reporting faults
• Working with site management to keep the build moving
• Following all site health & safety procedures

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience operating a 360 excavator
• Valid CPCS or NPORS card
• Good knowledge of site safety
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
