Production Operatives Wanted – Manufacturing Company (Peterborough)

Interaction Recruitment are currently looking for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing company in Peterborough.

This is a great opportunity to work with a well-established manufacturing business . Candidates should be comfortable using basic hand and power tools and have a good work ethic.

Key Duties:

• Assembling and manufacturing experience
• Using hand tools and power tools safely
• Following production instructions and quality standards
• Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to use hand tools and basic workshop equipment
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual

Shift Patterns:

Day Shift

• Monday – Thursday: 07:00 – 16:30
• Friday: 07:00 – 11:15

Back Shift

• Monday – Thursday: 14:30 – 00:00
• Friday: 15:30 – 19:45
