Key Responsibilities:

• Apply vinyl graphics and decals to various substrates 

• Ensure accurate placement, alignment, and smooth application to achieve high-quality finishes.

• Prepare surfaces and materials for vinyl application, including cleaning, measuring, and cutting.

• Assist with the setup of machines and tools used in the vinyl application process.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a vinyl applicator or in a similar role within the sign making industry.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with precision.

• Familiarity with vinyl application techniques and materials.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills.

• A positive, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.

• Experience with sign-making machinery (plotters, laminators, etc.) is an advantage.
