Business Development Manager – Vending Industry

Location: Leeds, LS27 (Field Based – Yorkshire & Surrounding Areas)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 Basic + £8,000 OTE Commission

Are you a driven, results‑focused sales professional with experience in the vending industry or a similar product‑based sales environment? Do you thrive in a full 360° sales role where you manage everything from new business development to ongoing account management? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role

As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for supplying vending machines, maintenance, and service solutions across the Yorkshire region. This is a proactive, field‑based sales role where you will be targeting:

  • Sports Centres
  • Offices
  • Education
  • Leisure Facilities
  • Service Stations
  • And other commercial sites

We’re looking for a natural new business hunter who enjoys generating leads, closing deals, and building long‑term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold calling and identifying new business opportunities
  • Booking and attending your own appointments
  • Managing your own pipeline and customer base
  • Full cradle‑to‑grave account management
  • Keeping the CRM system accurate and up to date
  • Providing tailored vending solutions to a wide variety of sectors
  • Field-based work across Yorkshire and surrounding areas

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience within the vending industry is highly desirable
  • We will also consider those from related industries, including:
    • Office supplies
    • Cleaning products/services
    • Catering equipment
    • Facilities or service‑based sales
  • Proven track record in field sales & new business development
  • Confident communicator with a consultative approach
  • Self‑motivated, organised, and able to manage a large territory independently
