Quality Checking Operative – Lifton

Location: Lifton
Pay Rate: £13.61 per hour (Competitive)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:30 – 16:00 

About the Role

We are recruiting a Quality Checking Operative to join a production team in Lifton. This hands‑on role involves inspecting and assessing products to ensure they meet required quality standards.
Due to the location and no public transport routes nearby, candidates must drive and have access to their own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening and inspecting products
• Quality checking items on the production line
• Identifying and reporting defects
• Ensuring all products meet company quality specifications
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment
• Good communication skills
• Reliability and excellent timekeeping
• Must be able to drive (no buses or trains service the site)
