Salary: £30,000+ per annum (DOE)

Overview:
We are recruiting a qualified Electrician to carry out electrical works within social housing properties across Liverpool. The role will primarily involve EICR testing and remedial works, along with general electrical maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out EICR inspections and testing in social housing properties

• Complete remedial works identified during inspections

• Ensure all work complies with current wiring regulations

• Accurately complete certification and documentation

• Work professionally in occupied properties

• Adhere to all health and safety requirements

Requirements:

• Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

• Previous experience working within social housing

• Experience completing EICRs

• Full UK driving licence

• Ability to work independently and manage workload

Desirable:

• 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification
