Location: Peterborough, PE2 6FL (office-based)
Salary: £30,000–£32,000 basic + Bonus & Commission (after probation period)
Job Type: Full-time, office-based | Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

Role Overview
The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for developing new business and growing existing customer accounts. This role focuses on promoting a full portfolio of power supply solutions, managing opportunities through the full sales cycle, and building long-term customer relationships.

Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will support agreed sales strategies and targets in a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable operating within a small, collaborative business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell and promote a full range of power supply solutions
  • Grow existing customer accounts against agreed targets
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Manage opportunities through to close using CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strong customer outcomes
  • Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and training activities

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in sales or account management
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and commercial skills
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
  • Comfortable working within a small team
  • (Desirable) Experience selling technical or component-based products
