Customer Services & Order Processor

Location: Croydon (CR0) – Office Based
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (flexible for earlier start if needed)

The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services & Order Processor to join our team. This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure their orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Placing manual orders onto the system
  • Handling incoming calls and responding to live chat enquiries
  • Packing items and arranging couriers for dispatch
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve queries promptly

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service and Sales Order Processing
  • Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Local to Croydon and able to work in the office full-time
  • Familiarity with B2B environments is an advantage
