Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client’s busy and growing team in Hemel Hempstead on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00am to 18:00 (7.5 hours between these times each day)

Salary: £26k per annum

This role involves:

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently

• Lifting and moving heavy items safely

• Maintaining high levels of attention to detail and quality control

• Following company procedures and compliance regulations

• Using ERP systems to record stock movements and update order information

• Supporting general warehouse operations as required

To be considered for this role you must have / be:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience

• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Able to work at pace while maintaining quality standards

• Good IT skills, with experience using ERP or warehouse management systems

• Quick to learn and adapt to new processes and regulations
