Forklift Driver – Corby

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Shift Pattern: 3-week rotation (Nights / Backs / Days) Pay: Competitive hourly rates + overtime available

Are you an experienced FLT driver looking for a stable role with long-term potential? We’re recruiting skilled and safety-conscious forklift operators to join a fast-paced logistics operation in Corby.

🔄 Shift Rotation:

• Week 1: Sunday to Thursday – 22:00 to 06:00

• Week 2: Monday to Friday – 14:00 to 22:00

• Week 3: Monday to Friday – 06:00 to 14:00

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating FLTs in a busy warehouse or industrial setting

• Must hold a valid external FLT licence (in-house licences not accepted)

• Willingness to start off-FLT to learn product handling and loading procedures

• Ability to pass in-house assessments before full-time FLT operation

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
