Position: Telehandler Operator

Location: Northampton (accepting candidates from surrounding areas)
Pay: £16 to £20 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications)
Hours: Monday to Friday, with optional weekend work available

About the Role:

We’re looking for experienced and safety-conscious Telehandler Operators to join our growing team. You’ll be working on active construction sites, supporting trades and site logistics by operating telescopic handlers to move materials and equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate telehandler safely and efficiently on site
• Load, unload, and move materials as directed
• Assist with site logistics and deliveries
• Perform daily checks and basic maintenance on the machine
• Follow all health & safety procedures and site protocols

 Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Card with Telehandler endorsement
• Previous experience operating telehandlers on construction sites
• Good understanding of site safety and equipment handling
• Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
• Own PPE and transport
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
