 Position: CSCS Labourer
 Location: Northampton
 Pay Rate: £13.50 – £16.00 per hour (based on experience & site location)
 Hours: Monday to Friday

 About the Role:

We are currently recruiting CSCS Labourers for a variety of active construction sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to secure long-term work with reputable contractors and gain valuable experience in the construction industry.

You’ll be working alongside skilled tradespeople and site managers, supporting day-to-day operations and helping maintain a safe and productive work environment.

 Key Responsibilities:

• General site clearance and tidying
• Assisting tradespeople with materials and tools
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Erecting and dismantling temporary structures (e.g., fencing, signage)
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Reporting to the site supervisor or foreman

 Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card (Green or higher)
• Previous experience on construction sites preferred but not essential
• Good physical fitness and stamina
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious
