Production Operator
Location: St Neots
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Start Date: Monday 4th August (Immediate start available)

We’re recruiting Production Operators to join a well-established food and seed processing business based in St Neots. If you’re reliable, hard-working, and ready to start immediately, this is a great opportunity to secure full-time work in a dynamic production setting.
As a Production Operator, you will:
- Operate heavy-duty industrial and automated machinery
- Carry out manual tasks such as tipping, packing, and labelling
- Drive a forklift (training can be provided if needed)
- Follow all site safety procedures and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
- Work closely with other departments including Warehouse, QC and Engineering
What We’re Looking For
- A good understanding of English (spoken and written)
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with machinery and performing physical tasks
- Experience in food production or warehouse environments is helpful
- Forklift experience is desirable but not essential
- Someone who works well in a team and follows instructions carefully
