Job Role: Branch Manager (Hortifcultural / Agricultural)
Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire (accepting applications from surrounding counties)
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum + Bonus up to £6,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 / 17:00
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Overtime: Available at 1.5x

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Support the growth, development and expansion of the team surrounding engineers and office based staff. Support the interviewing and onboarding process, carrying out appraisals and discuss routes to improve efficiency
- Engage directly with customers: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and deliver high-quality service.
- Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed logs of all repairs, services, and parts used to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety procedures: Follow all relevant guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience: Demonstrated experience working within Manufacturing, Logistics, agricultural, Plant as a service, workshop or depot manager showcasing your ability to handle various technical challenges & leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities: Exceptional diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to interact with customers and team members effectively, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
- Customer service mindset: A commitment to providing outstanding service and building strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented: Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Valid UK driving licence: Required for travel to customer sites and other work-related locations.
