Education Recruitment Consultant – Primary or SEN

Location: London
Salary: £27,000 – £40,000 + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Full-time | Shorter hours during school holidays
Level: Consultant | Senior | Principal

- Run a 360° recruitment desk in Primary or SEN
- Build strong relationships with schools and educators
- Place top talent in temporary and permanent roles
- Drive performance and exceed targets

- Experience in education or 360° recruitment

- £27K–£40K base salary (DOE)
