We're looking for an experienced BIM Manager to oversee and develop our CAD/BIM operations across all projects and disciplines.
Role Overview:
As BIM Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting CAD and BIM delivery across multiple concurrent projects. This role is pivotal to the ongoing development of our digital engineering capabilities, including BIM standards, model coordination, and efficient project delivery. You'll be based in our Westerham office four days per week, working alongside project teams and contributing to our evolving approach to digital design.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide BIM and CAD leadership across a diverse portfolio of engineering and construction projects.
Set up and manage Revit models, coordinate project data, and ensure compliance with BIM standards.
Oversee and maintain BIM libraries, templates, and processes in line with ISO 19650 or similar standards.
Work closely with engineers and external consultants to ensure model accuracy, data integrity, and timely delivery.
Support clash detection, drawing production, and digital coordination for all project phases.
Train and mentor junior team members in BIM best practices and tool usage.
Drive consistency, efficiency, and quality across all BIM and CAD outputs.
Requirements:
Essential:
Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Solid understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination, and project lifecycle integration.
Experience managing BIM processes on multi-disciplinary projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to lead and support a digital design team.
Desirable:
Familiarity with Navisworks, Dynamo, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360).
Understanding of construction detailing and experience working with design consultants
Previous involvement in projects from £0.5m to £100m+.
