Position Overview:
We are seeking talented and driven Mechanical Engineers at multiple experience levels Intermediate, Senior, and Principal to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities (Depending on Level):
All Levels:
- Develop and design mechanical systems, components, and products.
- Create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Conduct simulations and testing to validate mechanical designs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Intermediate-Level Engineers:
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and design documentation.
- Contribute to project timelines and assist senior engineers with execution.
- Participate in design reviews and integrate feedback effectively.
Senior-Level Engineers:
- Lead medium-scale projects or workstreams with minimal supervision.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Oversee supplier and subcontractor engagement for component sourcing and manufacturing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering function.
Principal-Level Engineers:
- Take full ownership of large-scale or high-impact engineering projects.
- Define technical strategy and contribute to long-term innovation planning.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in mechanical design, materials, or systems integration.
- Represent the company in technical discussions with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching across multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required for All Levels:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Masters preferred for Senior/Principal).
- Proficiency with CAD and FEA tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, thermodynamics, and materials science.
Intermediate:
2-5 years of relevant industry experience.
Senior:
5-10 years of experience with a proven track record of delivering engineering projects.
Principal:
10+ years of engineering experience, including leadership in project delivery and innovation.
Key Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
