Interaction Technical is proud to partner with a well-established and rapidly growing automotive business in Milton Keynes. Known for delivering exceptional service and technical expertise, our client is expanding their team and seeking an experienced Diagnostic Technician to support their busy and dynamic workshop.

The Role

As a Diagnostic Technician, you will play a key role in identifying and resolving complex vehicle issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety. You’ll work with advanced diagnostic tools and collaborate closely with a skilled team to maintain the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and fault-finding on a wide range of vehicles.
• Utilise manufacturer-specific tools and software to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings clearly to the service team.
• Ensure all work complies with manufacturer and industry standards.
• Support the wider workshop team with technical expertise and mentoring where needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• VAG Diagnostic Certification (preferred but not essential).
• Proven experience in a diagnostic or senior technician role.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Full UK driving licence.
