Business Development Specialist

St Ives, Cambridgeshire

£30,000 salary + commission after probation

We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused individual to join our team in a varied sales and customer service role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing customer enquiries and building client relationships.
• Preparing quotations and processing sales orders.
• Coordinating site surveys, installations and deliveries.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and fitters.
• Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support.

About you:

• At least 2 years’ sales experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• A positive, motivated approach with strong customer service skills.

 Own transport is essential due to the location.
