Interaction Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Catering Assistants to join a busy kitchen team in Witney. Whether you're looking for full-time weekday work or part-time weekend shifts, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

💷 Pay Rates:

• £13.45 per hour – Monday to Friday

• £15.00 per hour – Weekends and Bank Holidays

⏰ Working Hours:

• Weekdays: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm

• Weekends & Bank Holidays: 7:00am – 3:00pm

• Shifts include a 30-minute unpaid break.

👨‍🍳 What will you be doing?

• Supporting the kitchen team with food preparation and menu service.

• Serving customers and making coffees.

• Assisting with front-of-house duties when required.

• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, safety and presentation.

• Following allergen procedures and food safety guidelines.

• Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and well stocked.

• Washing pots and supporting the team to keep everything running smoothly.

✅ What we're looking for:

• A positive, hardworking and team-focused attitude.

• An understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation.

• Good attention to detail and the ability to work in a busy environment.

• Allergen training, or a willingness to complete the necessary training.

• Catering or hospitality experience would be beneficial.
