👨‍🍳 Chef de Partie – Monday to Friday Nights | £16.00 per hour!

Interaction Recruitment is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our client's team on a permanent night shift. If you enjoy working in a busy kitchen, take pride in serving great food and want a role with a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule, we'd love to hear from you!

💷 What's on offer?

• £16.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday – no regular weekend shifts!

• Hours: 6:00pm – 2:00am

• Permanent night shift

• A supportive working environment, usually working alongside another team member

• Permanent position available after 12 weeks!

🍽️ What will you be doing?

You'll play an important part in keeping the kitchen running smoothly throughout the evening, including:

• Preparing and reheating food to a high standard.

• Serving customers promptly and professionally.

• Operating the till and handling payments.

• Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and organised.

• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.

• Washing up and keeping on top of cleaning throughout the shift.

• Restocking work areas and completing kitchen close-down duties.

• Working as part of a team to deliver an efficient service.

You'll generally work alongside another team member, giving you support throughout the shift. Occasionally, you may need to use your own initiative and work independently, so confidence and reliability are essential.

✅ What are we looking for?

• Someone dependable, punctual and hardworking.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.

• The ability to stay calm and organised during busy periods.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Confidence working independently when needed.

• Previous kitchen, catering or hospitality experience is an advantage, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
