Bar & Waiting Staff

Location: Eastbourne
Contract: Temporary / Flexible shifts
Pay: £12.71 - £14 ph

We are recruiting experienced Bar and Waiting Staff for well-established, high-end hospitality venues in Eastbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for polished and reliable hospitality professionals who enjoy delivering first-class service in an elegant, fast-paced environment.

The Role

You may work across restaurant service, functions, private events and busy bar operations. Duties will include:

• Welcoming guests and providing attentive, professional service
• Taking food and drink orders accurately
• Serving meals, wines and other beverages
• Preparing and maintaining bar and dining areas
• Supporting functions, weddings and special events
• Handling guest requests calmly and efficiently
• Following food hygiene, licensing and health and safety procedures
• Working closely with the wider hospitality team

About You

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have previous bar, restaurant, hotel or event experience
• Deliver warm, discreet and polished customer service
• Are confident carrying trays and working in a busy environment
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Maintain a smart and professional appearance
• Are punctual, dependable and flexible
• Can work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required
• Have the right to work in the UK

Experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, banqueting or premium events would be an advantage, although candidates with strong transferable hospitality experience will also be considered.
