Sales Manager – Coventry - £50k

We are looking for an experienced and driven sales person to join our team, covering the Warwickshire area 

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused individual with a proven track record in new business development, lead generation and account growth.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in account management and new business development
• Experience generating your own leads and developing new opportunities
• Proven ability to grow existing customer accounts
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and target driven
• Confident managing your own sales pipeline
• Experience within the Facilities Management or Construction sectors would be advantageous, but is not essential
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the West Midlands 

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities
• Manage your own leads and sales pipeline
• Build strong relationships with existing customers
• Identify and develop account growth opportunities
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to conversion
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets
