Production / Manufacturing Operative

Location:Wells, BA5 3FF
Hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–15:00
Overtime: Saturdays available

We are currently recruiting for Production / Manufacturing Operatives to join a busy cosmetics manufacturing environment.

Working as part of a friendly and hardworking production team, you will play an important role in helping to finalise a range of cosmetic products ready for distribution. This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who enjoy practical work and working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Packaging finished cosmetic products ready for dispatch

• Bottling and filling products

• Labelling products accurately and efficiently

• Carrying out visual quality checks

• Following production procedures and work instructions

• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment

• Working closely with colleagues to meet daily production targets

About You

We are looking for reliable and hard working individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.Previous experience in production, manufacturing, packaging, bottling, cosmetics, FMCG or a similar environment would be advantageous, although full training can be provided for the right candidate. Must be able to drive due to location. 

You will need to:

• Be reliable, punctual and committed to your work

• Have good attention to detail

• Be comfortable carrying out repetitive, hands-on tasks

• Work well as part of a team

• Follow instructions and production procedures carefully

• Have a positive attitude and good work ethic

• MUST be able to drive due to the location
