Job Title: FLT & Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance)
Location: Peterlee

Hours: Monday to Friday – Various day shifts available, including mornings and late shifts

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent (subject to successful interview)

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT)

• Load and unload deliveries promptly and accurately

• Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and stock movement

• Maintain accurate records and adhere to company procedures

• Ensure the work area is kept clean, organised, and safe at all times

• Comply fully with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence, with a refresher completed within the last three years (please note: in-house training is not accepted)

• Previous experience in a similar warehouse or FLT role

• Physically fit, reliable, and punctual

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Successful completion of an interview prior to commencement
