Fabricator Welder

Location: Ruthin, Denbighshire
Pay Rate: £14.00–£15.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm
Employment: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join our client’s team in Ruthin.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder/fabricator with a strong background in sheet metal and structural steel fabrication. The successful candidate will be confident working within a busy workshop environment and able to produce high-quality work to technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricating and welding sheet metal, including light and medium gauge materials

  • Carrying out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard

  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings

  • Measuring, cutting, assembling and fabricating components

  • Ensuring all work is completed to the required quality standards

  • Following company health and safety procedures and guidelines

  • Working effectively both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

  • Previous experience in fabrication and welding

  • Strong MIG welding skills

  • Experience working with sheet metal and/or structural steel

  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings

  • Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work

  • Reliable, hardworking and self-motivated

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
