Machine Operatives Required – Desborough

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Machine Operatives to join a busy production team in Desborough. This is a great opportunity for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking for long-term employment.

Shifts Available:

🔄 Rotating Double Days (Monday to Friday)

• 6:00am – 2:00pm
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm

🌙 Night Shift (Sunday to Thursday)

Duties Include:

• Operating and monitoring machinery
• Quality checking products
• Loading materials into machines
• Packing and palletising finished goods
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Meeting production targets

What We're Looking For:

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work at a fast pace
• Reliable and punctual attitude
• Previous manufacturing or machine operative experience is advantageous but not essential
