Production Operative – Temp to Perm
Location: Buntingford, Hertfordshire
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Overtime: Available, subject to business requirements
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment based in Buntingford.
This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for long-term employment. Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with previous production, warehouse, factory or manufacturing experience, as well as those looking to develop new skills.
Key Responsibilities

Carrying out general production and manufacturing duties

Assisting with the production process and meeting daily targets

Packing and preparing finished products
-
Checking products for quality and reporting any issues
-
Following work instructions and health & safety procedures
-
Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised

Working as part of a team in a busy production environment

Carrying out manual handling where required
-
Supporting other areas of production when needed
About You
We are looking for candidates who are:

Reliable and punctual

Hardworking and willing to learn

Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment

Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Physically fit for a role involving standing and manual handling

Safety-conscious with good attention to detail
Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse or factory experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
