Up to £28.42 per hour | Regular Ongoing Work | 5 Over 7 Rota

Are you an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver looking for regular work in Ockendon?

We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join our client’s established operation. With competitive rates, regular ongoing work and a structured 5 over 7 rota, this is a great opportunity for drivers looking for consistency.

What’s on offer?

• Pay rates of up to £28.42 per hour
• Regular, ongoing work
• 5 over 7-day rota
• Weekend work included as part of the rota
• Some full weekends off, depending on the rota
• On some weekends, you may only work one day
• Approximately 2–3 store deliveries per shift
• All deliveries are palletised store work
• Straightforward store deliveries
• Full site induction and training provided

Pay Rates

Days

• Monday–Friday: £20.04 per hour
• Saturday: £23.37 per hour
• Sunday: £25.59 per hour
• Overtime: £26.05 per hour

Nights

• Sunday–Thursday: £23.37 per hour
• Friday night: £25.59 per hour
• Overtime: £26.05 per hour
• Unsociable hours: up to £28.42 per hour

Please note that overtime, unsociable-hours eligibility and the £28.42 rate are subject to confirmation.

What do you need?

• Minimum 1 year HGV Class 1 experience
• Valid HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph
• Good knowledge of UK roads
• Reliable and professional attitude
• Good timekeeping and communication skills
